Then in the options file, find resourcePacks: and place Real Nature in so it looks like resourcePacks. You may need to run the game and create a world once with optifine to get optionsshaders to generate. To manually activate, find the options and optionsshaders text files in your minecraft/modpack folder. Once the resource pack and shader pack are in their respective folders, I suggest manually activating them to avoid game freezes.
